Environmental Fate Processes


Description

The course's primary objective is for students to understand the processes that govern a compound's fate in the environment. In particular, students will learn the important physical, chemical, and biological processes that Influence a compound's movement between air, water, and soil.

Learning Outcomes

Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the physical, chemical, and biological processes that govern the fate of compounds in various environmental media, including air, water, and soil.
Analyze and predict how different environmental processes influence the movement and distribution of compounds across air, water, and soil interfaces.
